Neroli 橙花, a new word which has been around me these days. It not only appears on my body lotion lables, but also on the organic soap product line carried by my coworker Alex (a young, caring part-time farmer in our veggie garden). I love Alex's website Natural Simplicity and how another UK company Lush produces videos to introduce those natural essences.

I wonder, these days, why there are young people around willing to work labrously as organic farmers? To me, they are system fighters, not labours.

Rob Hopkins' concept of "resilence" explains an important element of community supported agriclture. I can't agree more that it's more than the issue of sustainability.

these are two videos might be a good reference for you :)

The Story of Bottled Water from The Story of Stuff Project

And Tapped, a film that examines the role of the bottled water industry and its effects on our health, climate change, pollution, and our reliance on oil.

I don't know how much I can accompolish in my volunteering, but I want to start the change from me, as an individual. Stop planning for each step carefully for a career, stop wishing the wish all the time. While many people question my motivation to go volunteering in an organic farm, this video undoubtedly strengthens my belief in my action.
